While Omanis are known to be calm and peace loving however the same cannot be said when you meet them on the streets in their vehicles, maybe because of the amount of oppressed negative feelings that has been accumulating for years and years inside of them and the only way these feelings get out is on the street and the person who's on the receiving side probably is one of the unluckiest person on earth when it happens! Of course not all Omanis are this way, there are expats living in Oman go through the same thing, road rage exists worldwide. Jokes aside, road rage can turn very nasty and harmful, drivers should be more reasonable and forgiving to acts by other drivers like cutting them off, yes what they did is wrong but is it worth it to act aggressively, it's the little things that other drivers do that can make us so mad and might cause us to go into a violent outburst.
We need to deal with the anger and frustration before things escalates and becomes serious.
I agree with every word you said ,, I do not know why citizens think it's their right to pour anger of their problems at homes and jobs and lives in general on roads and the streets as if it was made for them alone to vent their anger and heart's bitter content.
ReplyDeleteIt's true and realy , we need to deal with the anger and frustration before we lose more lives. good massage Faisal
ReplyDeleteYeah I agree with you ... People do put there anger and pressure in the road ... While driving they think about somthing else ... But in my opinion woman can cause a lot of accident becaues while driving we think about a lot of things .. Our problems we think about the house and the dinner and very complicated things really !!
